What if you’d said yes?

Have you said no when you wanted to say yes?

Mostly people talk about saying yes when they want to say no, but there are times when it’s the other way round. What prompts that?

And I don’t mean saying no to temptations that would give immediate pleasure with later regret. I mean something you really want but when a decisive moment arrives, you say no… Why? There will always be circumstantial reasons, but what’s the deep reason that stopped you finding a way?

Stepping into making a dream real can be scary. It takes you into the unknown, internally as well as externally, and the internal space can be the scariest of all

It’s your inner voice that tells you

  • you’re not enough: not good enough, not important enough, not skilled enough,
  • people ‘like you’ don’t do/have/become your dream
  • living your dream will change relationships with people you care about
  • your dream will challenge a family norm

The good news is, these are all issues that can be overcome without drama or long-term therapy! I’m walking talking proof of that! If this peaks your curiosity, book a  free coaching session with me.

All the messages, positive and negative, spoken and unspoken, that you received as a child are wired into your brain. Now research shows that your brain can be rewired, and there are ways to do that without months of therapy or endless affirmations. Call me and I’ll show you how it works!
