What happened to you?

Does criticism turn you rigid or into jelly? Either way, you’re in good company! Criticism does one of these to so many people they’re considered normal reactions. Except they shouldn’t be.

What happened that you react this way?

Fear of criticism is a learned response. Growing up criticism is often used to encourage improvement. Except the lesson learnt is usually that you’re not good enough and to avoid humiliation you need to hide that inadequacy at all costs.

Hiding becomes safe, and standing out, being visible becomes scary, and still is.

Today you can choose to change that without forcing yourself to become visible, pushing through the fear, sending your stress levels sky high. How?
